Neurodiverse lawyers are part of every firm, yet the traits that come with conditions like autism and ADHD are often misread as performance, attitude or culture problems. Our panel including a neurodiversity coach with lived experience and employment lawyers with expertise in culture and compliance will unpack what neurodiversity really looks like in legal teams. They will consider how it connects to burnout, workplace conduct, and why understanding it is fast becoming a culture, compliance and retention issue rather than a “nice to have”.
A practical, candid conversation for firms who want to spot the traits, support their people, and turn difference into a strength.
Panellists
Gopika Kapoor – neurodiversity coach with lived and professional experience of neurodiversity and advocacy
Charlotte Yallop – employment lawyer, W Legal, UK member
Maaike Koot – employment lawyer, TK, Netherlands member
22nd – 25th October 2026 in London
Thank you to our hosts W Legal for what we are sure will be an excellent conference.
7-10 May 2026
We’re excited to announce the LNI Spring Conference 2026, taking place in the beautiful city of Prague this May. This year’s conference tackles two of the most pressing issues facing our profession today: the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on legal practice and the critical importance of mental health and well-being in our demanding field.
What to Expect
The conference will explore how AI is reshaping the daily work of lawyers, examining both the opportunities and legal risks it presents. We’ll look at practical strategies for using AI responsibly and effectively in your practice, ensuring you stay ahead of the curve while maintaining professional standards.
Equally important, we’ll address mental health and well-being in the legal profession. In an increasingly demanding work environment, finding sustainable ways of working and supporting our colleagues’ mental health has never been more crucial.

Legal Network International has been ranked in the Chambers Global Guide as a Leading Law Firm Network.
This is a significant milestone for LNI and its member firms. Chambers rankings are widely regarded as one of the most rigorous and respected benchmarks in the global legal market. Rankings are based on independent research, in-depth analysis, and direct feedback from clients and peers across jurisdictions.
Only a small proportion of law firms and networks worldwide achieve recognition in the Chambers Global Guide. For a member-led network like LNI, this ranking reflects the strength of our collective reputation, the quality of our firms, and the trust placed in cross-border collaboration within the network.
The ranking reinforces LNI’s position as a credible, high-quality international alternative for clients seeking trusted legal advice across jurisdictions, and provides tangible validation that member firms can reference in pitches, conversations with clients, and international business development.
We would like to thank all member firms who contributed to the research process and continue to uphold the standards that underpin the LNI network.
