BOYANOV & Co. advised Česká spořitelna and a syndicate of banks on the refinancing of Aricoma Group’s loan from 2022, which supported the acquisition of Musala Soft.
The ARICOMA Group, a top IT service provider in Central Europe, has a strong presence in Scandinavia and serves over 1,000 clients in 18 markets.

A new set of data protection regulations entered into force in Switzerland in September 2023.
The new provisions will increase transparency and strengthen the rights of the data subjects and ensure continued compatibility of the Swiss data protection rules with the GDPR (the EU General Data Protection Regulations), which is regarded as “the” reference in data protection laws. There are still, however, some specificities.
As for the GDPR, the new regulations are applicable as soon as data on individuals residing in Switzerland are collected and processed making the new laws more far reaching than the previous rules.
The changes may be of particular importance for the employers.
