ISMG acquires controlling interest in Payatu: Universal Legal’s Team led by Partner Rashi Kapoor Mehta and Associate Partner Neelkamal Chaudhary, with support from Senior Associate Ruchita Krishnan and Associate Preksha Shah helped ISMG, a global cybersecurity media company with the acquisition of a majority stake in Payatu, a leader in cybersecurity solutions and organizer of the Nullcon conference in a cross-border transaction across India, the Netherlands as well as the United States.
NSE-listed company, Beta Drugs Limited received funding of INR 117 crore: Universal Legal’s Team of Partner Rashi Kapoor Mehta and Associate Partner Henna Kapadia Poojara advised a Singapore-based fund participating in NSE-listed Beta Drugs Limited's funding round, led by HealthQuad Fund II.
