Universal Legal is pleased to share that it has successfully represented Fullarton Distilleries Pvt Ltd in the strategic brand sale of its premium spirits portfolio—including Woodburns Whisky, Pumori Gin, and Segredo Aldeia Rum—to Allied Blenders and Distillers. Fullarton Distilleries Pvt Ltd will continue to operate as an independent entity.

This transaction marks a significant milestone in the Indian spirits industry, driven by the vision and leadership of Rajiv Thadani and Haresh Jhuremalani. Universal Legal is honoured to have played a key role in advising on this strategic deal.
