TroyGould Advises SKK Holdings on $300M Drone Asset Acquisition
TroyGould’s client SKK Holdings Limited closed an asset purchase of significant drone assets from Rantizo Inc. which, together with pre-closing financings, involved approximately $300M.
SKK is Singapore based company which TroyGould represented in its IPO on Nasdaq in 2024. The transaction constituted a change of control transaction requiring Nasdaq approval which took a number of months.
