Beck Rechtsanwälte New Additions to the Team
Beck rechtsanwälte are delighted to share that they welcomed two new lawyers to their team this summer.
Dr. Max Lipsky, son of co-founder Manfred Lipsky, has joined the corporate law team. He advises start-ups and scale-ups throughout their entire lifecycle - from incorporation and financing rounds to exit transactions. Max also brings extensive experience in the restructuring of companies and corporate groups, as well as in M&A transactions. His clients include start-ups, mid-sized companies, family offices and private equity investors.
Jessica Schmaus has joined the employment law practice, a field she already focused on during her legal training. She will further expand the employment law team and strengthen the international focus. Jessica holds dual qualifications: a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B., Cologne/Paris 1) and a Maîtrise en Droit, with a specialisation in French and German law.
The firm are very pleased to have Max and Jessica on board and look forward to introducing them in person at one of the upcoming conferences.
