Our main practice areas are national and cross-border transactions, disputes, and real estate matters. Our clients are comprised of domestic and foreign corporations, including multinational corporations, headquarters of Austrian based international groups, medium-sized businesses, associations, banks, private foundations, interest groups, and public sector companies as well as private clients.
